If you are integrating with an on-premise development system like Jira Server, your IT team may need to whitelist Roadmunk in your firewall so that Roadmunk can make connections to your server to create records. You can make the connection through port 443.

Currently, we use these source IP addresses:

North America (NA)

European Union (EU)

Asia-Pacific (APAC)

If you are a trial plan, on a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) deployment, or are unsure which instance you are on, please contact us at support@roadmunk.com, as the addresses required will differ from the ones stated above.

NOTE: This must be done over SSL/TLS with valid certificates.
